Lots of reports from players have been flooding in about how Pee Pants the Inebriated Hobo Clown costume for Peter is back!
I already own Pee Pants the Inebriated Hobo Clown but players have told me how the costume is available at Al Harrington’s.
Apparently, you cannot collect items for him but you can buy the costume with Clams.
According to the players, depending on how many of each item you collected during The Greatest Little Quahog Circus event, depends on how much Peter’s Clown Costume will coat you!
If you haven’t already got Pee Pants the Inebriated Hobo Clown costume but have an option to buy it, how much will it cost you?

I don’t have him yet, and he doesn’t show up at Al Harrington’s either. He was there about a month ago, when I started playing the game, but disappeared a while ago.

I believe he showed up for a while yesterday but must have been a mistake as I have been told he has been removed again now 😦
