Ron Perlman is stuck in goo on a flagpole… which i guess makes sense. Possibly an Aliens reference…though he was never in goo in Alien Resurrection, but whatever.
You have to unlock him with an 8 hour fix to the Flagpole. There’s already a post on what it takes to unlock the actual character.

5,000 Blam!
There’s a few new buildings that will help you unlock him, his Trailer for 100 clams that always drops puppies and the Screening Theater for 150 which always drops movie reels.
I personally might get the trailer, since Patrick Stewart has one too, might just line em all up. We’ll see.
I’m excited that he’s the next Celebrity to unlock, i want him and Stan Lee, Felicia Day i could go either way with, but of course i want George Takei, but i just don’t think i’m gonna earn enough Blam without buying a blam producer. I guess we’ll see what happens. Right now i’m at around 7,500 Blam in about 7 days… so at about 1000 Blam a day i’ll be lucky to break 50,000… wah wah…. Perhaps there will be other things that help unlock more Blam, or other characters that will increase the rate of gain.
Well get to work, took me about a week to unlock Patrick Stewart, while at the same time working on PBJ Brian and Stewie… which is still taking friggin forever.
